Die Kunst Nachlass Stiftung verleiht Originalwerke aus ihren Beständen an Unternehmen, Institutionen und Behörden. Unsere Künstler sind im Städel Museum, im MMK, in der Deutschen Bundesbank, im Deutschen Bundestag vertreten und haben auf der Biennale Venedig und im Grand Palais Paris ausgestellt. Alle Werke sind kunsthistorisch erschlossen und kuratorisch betreut. Mietkosten sind vollständig als Betriebsausgabe absetzbar und fließen unmittelbar in die gemeinnützige Arbeit der Stiftung zum Erhalt des künstlerischen Erbes der Stadt Frankfurt am Main. Konditionen

Verlängerung

Automatisch um 1 Jahr, sofern nicht 3 Monate vor Ablauf schriftlich gekündigt wird.

Vorzeitige Rückgabe

Jederzeit möglich. Das Entgelt für das laufende Vertragsjahr wird nicht erstattet.

Eigentumsrecht

Die Werke bleiben Eigentum der Stiftung. Eine Weitergabe oder Veräußerung durch den Entleiher ist ausgeschlossen.

Transport und Installation

Transport und Verpackung werden durch die Stiftung organisiert. An- und Rücklieferung sowie Installation werden jeweils gesondert berechnet:

Kaufoption

Möchte der Entleiher ein gemietetes Werk erwerben, wird die Hälfte der insgesamt geleisteten Miete vom Kaufpreis abgezogen.

Kunst Nachlass Stiftung

Art Lending

The Kunst Nachlass Stiftung lends original works from its holdings to companies, institutions and public authorities. Our artists are represented in the Städel Museum, the MMK, the Deutsche Bundesbank and the German Bundestag, and have exhibited at the Venice Biennale and the Grand Palais Paris. All works are art-historically documented and curatorially supported. Rental costs are fully deductible as operating expenses and flow directly into the foundation's charitable work for the preservation of the artistic heritage of Frankfurt am Main. Terms

Minimum term

1 year from handover

Renewal

Automatically renewed for 1 year unless terminated in writing 3 months before expiry.

Early return

Possible at any time. The fee for the current contract year is non-refundable.

Ownership

Works remain the property of the foundation. Transfer or sale by the borrower is excluded.

Transport and Installation

Transport and packaging are organised by the foundation. Delivery, collection and installation are each invoiced separately:

Purchase Option

Should the borrower wish to purchase a rented work, half of the total rent paid will be deducted from the purchase price.
